What is your return policy for intimate apparel?
For hygiene reasons, panties, hosiery, and items sold as sets that include panties cannot be returned or exchanged once the original packaging has been opened or tags removed. Other items may be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original, unworn condition.
How can I ensure I am ordering the correct size?
We provide a comprehensive Size Guide on every product page. We recommend taking current measurements of your bust, waist, and hips to compare against our brand-specific charts, as sizing may vary between different collections.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental U.S. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your items sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Does my order arrive in discreet packaging?
